All services require a NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE booking fee in order to reserve your appointment. This fee goes towards your service.
ANY SALON CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS NO EXCEPTIONS.
Balance must be paid with Cash, Cash App (1.75% convenience fee) or Zelle.

NEW CLIENT: A new client to the salon or a client seen over 6 months ago.
Late Arrival: After 10 minutes your appointment may be canceled OR a $35 late arrival fee will be added to your bill if time still allows for your appointment. If you're going to be late, please call the salon before your appointment time.
You will still be responsible for the full payment of services booked if your appointment is canceled in less than 48 hours.
During holidays the salon may be extra busy and waiting times may vary. We ask that you please be patient with us or re-schedule on a day that is not so busy.
